Paid for insured next day delivery. They didn’t pick it up from the drop off shop until 4 days later and was delivered after 6 days. Customer service said sorry, but it’s not guaranteed. Quite frankly it would have been better to use the post office. Not good enough

As described parcel eventually arrived after being held in customs, due to an error on my part. Error was swiftly corrected and the parcel delivered.

I have used interparcel for quite a few parcels that I have needed to send to Ireland and one to the USA. The service has been excellent. I appreciated the text to let me know when it has been delivered ( for an extra 20p) so my mind was put at rest. I would recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They unfairly charged me extra and on top let me down very badly. Terrible customer service.

DONT USED INTERPARCEL THEY ARE USELESS. I used them to pick up a parcel at one address to be delivered to me at my address. They used Hermes and picked up the parcel but 3 weeks later delivered not to me but back to the original address. When I asked for my money back they refused. Terrible people.

I Used Interparcel to pick up a parcel for me at first address to be delivered to me at second address. They used Hermes. 3 weeks later the parcel tracking said delivered but was delivered not to me but back to the original pickup point. When I told them and tried to get my money back they refused. Terrible people, don't use them.

Have been using Interparcel for a while now not had any issues other than the odd late parcel or no show from courier. Recently sent a Consignment with them a set of small wheels which were wrapped in cardboard as pairs and then Cling wrapped for extra support (wheels were strapped so wouldn't move from each other. Booked the collection and advised the customer of price of shipping, they were collected and delivered. Two weeks later receive an email stating there is a surcharge of £18 as the consignment was not wrapped to their guide lines in "cardboard". I called them to advise this is wrong and was told they can't deal with it as they only take payment and need to write or send an email to their Revenue protection department which wont accept calls(i wonder why). I did ask for proof of the items not being packaged as to guideline but none has been provided, just demands of payment. Now they are threatening with legal action. I will no longer use Interparcel for any of my courier needs and will start to use somebody else. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

Mostly good service but BT takes less time to deliver to foreign customers. One collection booked in November/December was not collected and had to be taken to a nearby shop.

As a totally ignorant OAP, I must say that Interparcel made it very easy for me to navigate through all the paper work so that my parcel could go from the UK to Australia

Don't even think of using these guys. Hopeless service altogether. When I did the booking with these guys, they said that my parcel will be delivered by 22nd Dec 2018. and paid 165 dollars for delivery. Now nearly after three weeks they are asking more money to returned the parcel back to the sender as they failed to deliver ontime. What a ridiculous service. Don't believe what they show on their website. Big bunch of lairs. *****DON'T EVER USE THEM***** Altogether I lost Parcel valued $360 + Inter parcel fees $165. Return flight to the country starting from $440. You can make the call.

PLEASE LISTEN - AVOID AVOID AVOID They're not even worth the 1 star. They are paying for people to leave 5 star reviews, THEY ARE NOTHING THAT THE REVIEWS STATE. They lost our company parcel worth over £100 3-4 months ago and they have done absolutely nothing about it. UPS abandoned our parcel with no explanation at all. We have since had to refund the customer so we have lost out big time. I've been told I would get a call back and every time we have chased them, no one knows anything. I've spoken to James & to Amy and each one told me they would get back to me once they have chased our compensation. No one has got back to me but they continuously are sending us emails for payment of fees. No one has taken any responsibility or demonstrated any human decency in owning up that it is in fact an error on behalf of their non existent service. Oh, but they demand their fees. No logic. It's actually shocking. This isn't the first time either. There has been no compensation whatsoever even though we paid for parcel insurance and there has been no reimbursment on our delivery charges. They are now threatening US with legal action over £31.37 if we don't pay up within 7 days ?? At this stage, our company is looking to take legal action against Interparcel and I will personally be taking this matter further to trading standards also. I will not rest until they are shown for what they have put myself and others through. The legal threat against us for an error they have made is all I need to keep me fuelled. I hate injustice at any level, they've in all honesty, threatened the wrong company. absolutely appalling service to say the least. This is how they treat long term customers? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. ROYAL MAIL has better deals and they have fantastic customer service. If I knew INTERPARCEL were this DISHONEST, I would never have used them. I should have listened to the bad reviews they usually get. All of a sudden, it's all 4 - 5 star reviews. It is 100% all paid for, they are not genuine reviews. A cheap way to regain reputation. Scroll back abit more through their reviews, you will see for yourself.
