“website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. customer services was excellent. I emailed James Giffen afterwords about my tracking number, he was very responsive and friendly. Although I could have done with the tracking number in an email when I placed the order.”

“After an initial issue with one of interparcels international fulfilment agents , Becky Blythe of interparcel went all out over several days to ensure that my package got delivered to its correct destination, Becky displayed great logistical and communication skills a real asset to interparcel . Without Beckys intervention , I would have walked away from ever using interparcel again , but now my faith is restored and not only will they continue to get my business but I will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues who need a courier service.”
