“I was helped by Annelese McBride regarding a parcel that had not been delivered. She was swift and efficient, and as a result it is now out for delivery again. Her emails were very good and helpful!”

“wow telephone customer service the best i have ever seen had a problem with DPD labels answered the telephone instantly this is what i call SERVICE THANK YOU have have not had this kind of service of any courier in my life i sell on ebay hifiaudiovidoeheaven and this is what takes the pain out of being self employed”
