“I often recommend you guys! Quick comms and very thorough. Website is a bit of a pain mind - we are account customers with dpd/interlink and each UK /eu order is one page (UK orders are done with 4 clicks - postcode, name, email, go!) everything else is a default setting. Interparcels strength is its people - like Rachel - cheers!”

“i have used this service three times and referenced it to about ten people although my box was not delivered. the customer service staff especially sabrina were very helpful, they were able to help me why and resolve the situation for me. am really pleased with the service and the friendly and open communication”

“Interparcel's service has always been good and I have never had a reason to complain. Last weekend I made a mistake whilst booking and used the wrong delivery address. It was late at night so I sent an email to customer services explaining. As soon as Live Chat was available the following morning I spoke to Simona. She quickly checked my booking, requested the correct address and sent me new emails via email. Quick, competent and polite. Shortly after I received an email from Rachael confirming that she had seen my email and on checking realised that the address had been amended. Another operator who was quick, competent and polite. I think Interparcel should advise our energy companies about Customer service.”

“I contacted Interparcel on a couple of occasions to track an item that was being returned to me from Australia. Rachael was confident, quick to assist and reassuring, many thanks to her and your team. Still awaiting parcel but fingers crossed it will be today!”
