I believe Interparcel customer service advisors on Live chat are extremely helpful. This advisor James dealt with my problem immediately. Keep it up with excellent customer service. :-)

I have used Interparcel for over 3 years and sent many parcels all over the world without any issues and at a great price. Recently, one FedEx consignment going to Dubai got held up in Paris for several weeks and I assumed was lost. Interparcel customer services were great, kept chasing and made sure I was updated at all times. It was finally located and sent on its way to the final destination. I would like to thank Lisa Irish in particular for being so determined and tenacious!

I always use your company because of the first class service you provide & your value for money rates. I have a few friends who, like me, use Ebay regularly & I am always advising them to use your company. Have never had any issues at all in the 3 years I've been using Interparcel until yesterday (Sun evening); for the first time my shipping label was not made available. Very reassuring to know that after an email saying what the problem was, Charlie Stocker responded in under an hour with my label and an apology. Great service, thank you.

Interparcel always provide a wide range of delivery options. Today was the first time i had to cancel a delivery - a parcel was to be collected from a customer and returned to us, but the customer changed their mind. I had an online chat with James G who was extremely helpful and cancelled the order and refunded our account immediately. No fuss, minimum effort from me - one less thing to worry about!!! Thank you very much James

Been using interparcel for many years now, I have never had any issues with deliveries with domestic or worldwide and the only time I did have a need to contact customer services (due to some unfortunate import duty issues) Rebecca Pulling (customer services) was superb throughout the process of getting it through customs. I have recommended Interparcel many times and still do.

Customer service by telephone and email is always very good. Minimal holding time and emails answered promptly Recent correction of delivery address and change of collection date managed very well by Louana Pyzer

I've used Interparcel for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. I've yet to find another company that can offer reliability, confidence and trust that my goods will get there on time. Their online booking sytem is easy to use and it's simple to track a parcel. And being able to talk to a real person from customer services on the phone who offers help and information when required is golden and goes a long way! To top it all off, how wonderful it is to get a personal notification of an important parcel being delivered! Top job, Charlie Stocker! Keep up the great work, Interparcel. You're the best!

I've used Interparcel for a few years now and always had a good experience with them. I've yet to find another company I like better! Not only is their booking system online super effiecient and straight forward, but their customer service support is impeccible. Sometimes it's the little things like being able to talk to a real person on the end of the phone to ask questions to etc. Always good to get a personal notification that an important parcel has arrived too - big thanks to Charlie Stocker from customer service especially! Keep up the great work, Interparcel. You're the best!

I have used interparcel quite a few times, however on the occasion that I decide to join and make an account, something goes wrong, I got in touch and very quickly and email was sent saying that they would look into, I was then emailed by James Giffen who asked for particulars of the parcel, he then within a day got back in touch to say that it had been found and dispatched, very quickly and my daughter has received it. All in all a very positive outcome and handled very promptly. Thank you James
