“These folk are a broker for parcel services, so as a an individual/private customer you have access to couriers who would normally only provide services to business folk with accounts. Now the good bit ... I ordered next day delivery from City Link. City Link could not do it on that occasion, so interparcel.com found someone who could (TNT in this case), re-booked it, no extra cost for me, no extra hassle for me to make the re-arrnagement, and the parcel was still delivered next day. Overall, cheaper, less hassle and quicker than the Post-Office / ParcelForce. Great first experience with interparcel.com - will be using them again and recommending to friends and family.”

“Not sure what the reason was but my parcel, sent with Fedex via Interparcel to Boston USA, went through major checks, the kind of thing I've never experienced before. The US Customs wanted everything, a description, the chemical composition, where the items had been bought, the head office for each company etc etc. It was the actual nightmare before Christmas, not sure if my gift was ever going to get there. However, the interparcel rep, Helen Banister, was brilliant. She kept me informed every step of the way, sent regular emails and updates, kept in touch with the person due to receive the parcel so that they knew what was happening, she really was the personification of 'keep calm and carry on'. She had the parcel returned to her (Fedex didn't charge as they could see everything had been done and the fault wasn't mine), and then had it resent it through UPS. I am so grateful to her for all of her help, and then when it was finally released from US Customs she called me directly to let me know it was on its way to the final destination. Brilliant bit of customer service, at no time did I feel annoyed or irritated as I knew she was really trying to sort the problem, totally professional and I can't thank her enough as the presents were for my daughter so it meant a great deal to get them there.”

“We had to return a carpet sample to Switzerland from the UK within a tight timeframe and looked for a reliable but cost effective solution. A Google search threw up Interparcel which promised beat the opposition on price and offered same-day collection from a domestic address. The order process was reasonably straightforward and you can print all the labels etc at home. Once collected the goods can be tracked easily using Interparcel's online tracking dashboard, which links seamlessly through to the courier (in this case UPS). As it was Christmas, we also needed to delay delivery due to the recipient office being closed, so contacted both Interparcel's telephone helpline and the online messenger function, both of which were very quick & efficient, polite and switched on, and had all the information to hand. Top marks to everyone involved - I would definitely recommend Interparcel in future!”

“Used Interparcel to ship car parts in the UK and Europe plus records and CD's globally. So easy to book everything online and arrange for courier to collect from me. Customer service are ok, they can be a little arrogant at times but most deliveries go without problems so it's not a major issue.”

“I used Interparcel only once and have no complaints. They picked up the parcel on the day I had chosen - later than I had asked, but I contacted the live chat and got a prompt response - and got it to the destination quite quickly. When the recipient wasn't in to receive it, it was easy for him to arrange a convenient date for redelivery.”

“I used Interparcel a few times in the last years and i wasn`t dissapointed even once. They have the best prices on the market for international delivery what i used from them. Checked the price on fedex, dhl websites and they were at least 50-60 quid more expensive than Interparcel. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.”

“I've been using Interparcel for several years now for my business courier needs. The website is easy to use, even more so than if you use an account. You can choose the best service for you based on cost, availability and pick up time. On the few occasions, that there has been a problem with the courier arriving, Interparcel have dealt with the courier company as my intermediary, resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I now don't use any other courier service.”

“I've used interparcel many times and each time i'm impressed. Pricing and service are great. The website is excellent and allows you to use couriers you would not normally have access to. One let down is some of the couriers now only collect from business addresses and this is dissapointing. I've always been impressed with the website and if they can sort out this minor issue with thier suppliers then they will continue to be number one. I've never been let down by the couriers but this could of course tarnish my opinion but this isn't really interparcel's fault. They provide and excellent service each time even on my international deliveries.”
