“First time I've used this service, really easy to make booking and payment. All relevant labels provided, simply printed off and attached to parcel as requested. I arranged for a 'same day' collection (this was made at around 10:50) and my item was collected by a very polite and cheerful van driver within the timescales stated. Tracking the parcel's whereabouts on it's journey was easy and quick with clear locations and times 'in and out' of the relevant depots stated. The parcel arrived at its destination in good time and excellent condition. Thanks to all concerned, I'll definitely use your service again when the need arises”

“I always use the "Interparcel service" which is actually UPS, but because it's booked through Interparcel it's much cheaper tham me booking directly via UPS. It's a win, win, as UPS offer an excellent courier service and Interparcel offer an excellent price.”

“I have used Interparcel many times and always found their service to be quick, efficient , and reasonably priced. Parcels are picked up when they say they will be and all my parcels have arrived at their destination the next working day, this is no mean feat as I live on the Isle of Wight (Yeah! no penalising surcharge from Interparcel for living here). If you have parcels you want delivering try Interparcel, you will be amazed at the price, It was, much cheaper than "You Know Who" by more than ?15.00. I will never use any other delivery service as long as Interparcel are there ... get on the net and google them thats how I first found them ... First Class Service”

“Why bother going to the post office with long queues and inflated charges for parcels? You can even post via parcelforce using interparcel for a FRACTION of the post office price. I have used interparcel twice now and have nothing but praise. Printing the labels is quick easy and then just wait for the courier to come to you! If you are able to be around to wait for a courier, either at work or home, this is the service you should be using!”

“I posted a framed photograph to Spain. Very good service, fast and efficient. Reasonable price. The photo did not get damaged, and it was my biggest worry. Big plus. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone. Thank you and regards.”

“I would definitely recommend you use Interparcel. Their site is easy to use and there is a great range of options to choose from that don't break the bank. You can even pay with PayPal which means if you're selling something on eBay, for example, you can use the postage money paid by your buyer. It's so easy to do and really reliable. I've never had a problem with using Interparcel and if I need a courier for any reason, they're the first people I go to.”

“I was new to this courier business and felt a good deal of trepidation but using them couldn't be simpler, AND they take Paypal which which makes them perfect for private eBay sellers like me. They are the cheapest I could find and have been totally reliable so far (including several deliveries over the recent holiday period when Royal Mail and many other more expensive delivery services were letting people down), and are thus highly recommended!”

“Having never used anything but the Post Office for all of my 60 years, I thought the projected cost of my largish parcel at approx ?28 more than a little OTT ! So, I turned to the internet & with a certain amount of trepidation, booked the courier INTERPARCEL. From the beginning, everything ran like clockwork, the item was collected by a polite, young, (student age) man.....& I then monitored progress online. My parcel was delivered exactly when I had been led to believe it would, was signed for, so that I knew it had arrived & within 3 hours, the recipient had it up & running & had excitedly contacted me to update me. I'm SOLD!!!- Who would want to haul heavy, cumbersome parcels to their local or not so local Post Office, probably incurring Fuel cost as well, when they could await collection in the comfort of their own homes, knowing their item(s) were covered by insurance AND all for a hugely better PRICE? BTW, it cost me less that ?6, a saving of ?22+”

“I had sold a fairly expensive item on eBay and I needed to send it to an adress in Kent (Im in E.Sussex). I tried to send via Royal Mail, but they were quoting me ?21 for an item that was in a shoebox! I went on Interparcel for some quotes, the cheapest being around ?4 ranging up to ?15. I decided to go with the next day option (around ?9 inc. VAT). When I came to print out my label, my printer decided to pack up! But after a quick call to the Interparcel team, the money was refunded straight away and the order was cancelled (I checked my phone to see how long the call was... 47 seconds!). Luckily I got myself a new printer and ordered again. The pick up to the final delivery was effortless and I could not recommend them enough!”

“A great service you have provided me over the past week or so. Everything was so easy and your prompt attention to a couple of queries I had really re-assured me. Having an online Advisor (although I didn't need to speak to one) is available. I used a couple of Parcel Carriers and when things got lost, there was no point of contact, I was on my own. Not so with Interparcel. Email response was quick (must point out I never had a parcel lost in transit but I did need to contact regarding minor errors on my part). Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone who requires quick, efficient online Parcel Carriage arrangement. Thank you Interparcel.”

“As a seller on eBay for myself, friends & family (a retirement 'hobby') there are occasions when I need to ship large & bulky parcels. I have previously used another on-line supplier. Interparcel was recommended to me by a friend I found the on-line site to be extremely easy to use, select preferred carrier & pay for the service. The friendly courier from City Link turned up on time which was promised, I have been able to easily track the parcel and it was delivered to my buyer within 24hrs. As a matter of interest I took this parcel along with other items to post to local Post Office & was quoted ?21.69 48hr service which included insurance to cover up to ?100, Interparcel was ?12.96 including additional insurance cover & VAT to me that is extremely competitive and Interparcel will get all my future business.”

“HASSLE FREE TO FIND CHEAPEST AND BEST SERVICE AND NEXT DAY PICK UP EVEN WHEN SERVICE PLACED AT 5PM AND ?20+ CHEAPER THAN RIP OFF PARCEL FORCE RECOMMENDED BY POST OFFICE SO WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN”

“We had a requirement to send a parcel to Jersey, our usual method of transport meant the cost would be impractical in relation to the value of the goods being shipped. We found the Interparcel website to be easy to use in terms of getting a quotation to ship the goods, and then the actual booking process and collection of the goods. This was very easy to use website and straight forward no nonsense courier, the best part of course was the price, a fraction of our usual carrier method! We would certainly use Interparcel again and would not hesitate to recommend Interparcel to others, WELL DONE”
