“Becky Blythe helped me to follow up and chase the delivery progress of the shipment. we had shipment and customer still did not receive it more than 1.5 week and i was worried in case any problem happen such as documents or other issue. then i sent a mail to the customer service for help and becky immediately follow up, checked and replied my queries upto their delivery. i was very pleased and grateful for her assistance and appreciated for her professional manner attitudes on the job. thank you. rgds/elaine”

“Interparcel really do offer a first class service. We recently had a parcel go missing and Nicole Rowland had the problem sorted for us in no time at all. “I was contacted by Kayleigh West to advise of an issue with a delivery. As a small company, we send a number of parcels from our two home offices and were not sure where the parcel was intended for. Kayleigh was very helpful in providing enough information (while still remaining confidential) of the item so that we were able to contact the intended recipient and get the information needed. The email exchange and service that I have received from Kayleigh has been excellent and extremely professional. I would happily use and recommend interparcel.com to colleagues and friends in future. I am 100% convinced that if I have any issues with parcels (either receiving or sending) Kayleigh and her team would assist me without hesitation. 5* Service!”
