“I've just had to re organize a parcel pick up because my client wasn't ready. James who I spoke to via live chat sorted everything. He was very helpful. We are usually really happy with the service interparcel provide every time we use them”

“Send multiple parcels always very helpful friendly staff. Had a parcel due to be delivered today, no updated information to say out for delivery on tracking. Spoke to james giffen he then contacted tnt and emailed me with an update within the hour! Super.”

“Item uplifted within time slot, delivered with no damage to box or indeed item.Message sent when package received.i have used this service in the past, and never had any quibbles whatsoever. I was recommended Interparcel by my postman(Royal Mail) this says it all really.”

“Look at the ratings. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's just not worth saving a few pounds. Package arrived 1 week late having been STOLEN. No one ever signed for it. Hi Ben, I can see from the order notes that we have chased the carrier in question several times on this but we have not managed to get a positive out come, we have since started a loss claim on this for you and you will be notified once the claim is finalised.

“I can't comment on your collection and delivery service yet as this is the first time I've booked a parcel but I can say that your online chat service was excellent. When placing my order I didn't realise I had mistyped my email address and when I got to the confirmation page,discovered you were sending an email with instructions and documents to the wrong address. I made contact with James on the chatline and he was very helpful and efficient and helped me to access and print off the documents I needed for my parcel. Excellent service from James. Thank you. If you pick up my parcel tomorrow and deliver it in London on Friday I'll be very happy to come back and do another review.”

“The above is based on order 11812959 I booked this in the morning of 13/07/15 for collection 14/07/15. As the parcel was not collected on the promised day and I was in all day waiting. I phoned at 8.35am on the 15/07/15 and spoke to JAMES who said he would contact UPS and get back to me. As I told him I needed to let my customer know. He suggested that I wait until he got back to me. This I agreed too BUT OF COURSE HE NEVER BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. As no call had come by 2,30pm I phoned again and spoke to KIRSTY who said the parcel was down again to be collected today. Also it would be looked into why it wasn't collected yesterday. The parcel was finally collected at 5.00pm on the 15/07/15 and the driver said he wasn't given the collection yesterday.!? I doubt if anyone will bother to contact me but of course it would be appreciated if they did. PLEASE NOTE THE FEEDBACK IS FOR THE PARCEL 1182959 STATED and until this mishap the feedback would have been much different. Dave.Austin.”

Hi Dave, I have checked this order and UPS are stating that they attempted but were unsuccesful, I have of course passed a complaint to them advsing that this was not attempted and once i receive feedback i will let you know. I am glad to hear that this has now been collected.
