“first time having used a courier service --telephoned for help --they just couldn't be more helpful--guided me on to the website --then advised on how to start the quote process & then continue --they would have stayed on phone until I finished but I said I could manage --so they said for me to phone back if I needed more help --they collected parcel very promptly then delivered very promptly==thank you interparcel,”

“I have never used a courier service before so I didn't really know how to go about organising a collection from my home. Interparcel was recommended to me so I looked it up online. It all seemed easy to organise. We just had to weigh and measure the package which was pretty big and heavy. We took the measurements, keyed them into the pro forma on screen, received the quote which I thought was reasonable, arranged a delivery date and waited for the pick up. Pick up was on time and very easy. I would not hesitate to use Interparcel again.”

“I booked the parcel collection at 10.30 and it was collected the same day. It was delivered the following day and I received a text telling me it had been delivered. I'd certainly use this service again. I wasn't even aware that Interparcel existed. It's only because I was recommended to them on a Returns Note that I tried them. No looking back now.”

“This was the first time I had used the website, I found it quick and easy and the prices were reasonable. I had arranged for two vintage lamps to be collected. I had paid ?250 for the lamps so paid extra for insurance to that sum, just in case. I had thought everything was great and was ready to sing there praises when my parcel arrived and despite having fragile stickers on the side and being well wrapped up my lamps were smashed to bits. I was devastated, but at least I had the insurance...right...wrong! When I contacted Customer service to tell them what had happened I was told that the lamps were on there restricted items list. When I made the booking for some reason I was unable to see the restricted list and had assumed it must be things like chemicals and weapons but no, it was my lamps and any other breakable material known to man was also on the list. So why take insurance money... should they not check what an item is made of before taking the insurance money? So now I have two smashed lamps and nothing else. It is altogether very disappointing, I had thought it was a great experience but it turned out very bad. It would seem they may be good, but don't post anything breakable because even with insurance you have not got a leg to stand on or any back up.”

“I can't fault the service I have received when sending parcels using the interparcel site. We use this site for sending items into Europe. The online booking system is easy to follow and the choice of services gives a selections suitable for any budget and timescale.”

“Very helpful when needed, cordial and pleasant staff. Despite other cheaper alternative I stayed mostly with Interparcel because I found them reliable and most importantly, easy to contact when needed.”

“Very pleased. I usually use hermes but my item was over tgere weight limit so opted for city link. Very reasonable prices for heavy products & next day service. Driver on collection was very polite, tracked my item easy online just by clicking my track number and it automatically looks for it on there website. I didnt need to print any labels & the item arrived early the next day. Happy!”
