I recently used Interparcel for the first time earlier this month to receive some clothing garments sent to me from London to up North on next day service. I was on a very tight time deadline, when ordering and in all I had to submit my application 4 times due to either time outs, or the ability to not go back a step if I realised I had done something wrong. The only query I have with the website is the ability to not go a step back in the application. When I realised I had entered a value in wrong on the previous step, I had to start right from the beginning which wasn't great when I was already so far into the process and was battling with time. In terms of service on the day, I got the garments exactly when I needed them and my text notifications came through promptly. I will most definitely be using Interparcel again.

I have used this service about 10 times now, and find it overall excellent value for money. My local store are now very efficient at providing the service. My only issue is that the other stores that recipients collect the parcels from do not communicate very well that a parcel has arrived at its destination. That suggests to me that the training for staff in stores needs reviewing.

The only reason I'm giving Interparcel four stars and not five is that I have only ever used two of their services, both being Hermes. I have only ever had one parcel that didn't arrive at the destination and I found the Interparcel staff very helpful in firstly trying to locate it and secondly compensating me when it went missing. It did not go missing due to Interparcel so they are not losing any further stars because of it. I'm satisfied.

First time I have ever sent anything this way, it really was so simple and at 68 things need to be easy. Rapid conformation. I hope that collection and delivery goes as profesional and eficient as the booking and that the customer gets the same treatment.

I'm glad I found this way of delivering 200 wedding invitations to my brother. The price quoted was exceptionally competitive and I was pleased with the delivery time. The text messages were very helpful and reassuring. The information about the delivery given on the website could be more helpful as it said the estimated delivery was by end of business the same day as collection! The staff at the pickup point seemed to have difficulty locating the parcel, in fact they told my brother that it hadn't been delivered and was probably lost. When he was then told that yes it had been delivered and went to collect it he was again told it wasn't there. Eventually they found it! To conclude, two changes would make the experience 5* 1 Make the information on the website more accurate initially 2 Provide some staff training

your service in the uk is fantastic. easy, helpful and reliable. however, with your service abroad I had problems, and instead of being helpful, the stuff tried to shift responsibility of losing the parcel and not offer any help until a threat of a legal action. after 7 weeks, the parcel was found in the u.s. and sent back. my business lost the order. so, I'm using the company for u.k. parcels only now, and very satisfied with it.

Your 'quote' facility is great but it's all in metric. Many packaging companies still quote box dimensions in imperial measurements, and of course America uses them almost exclusively. A conversion button or a comparison chart for both measurements and weights would be very helpful ( especially for us oldies who have enough trouble with computers as it is without having to do 'foreign' stuff as well.) Can't really review you yet as I've only just placed my first order but the telesales lady was helpful and kind and gave a very positive first impression.

Performance of the actual service is good in that the parcel was collected and delivered within the time slot allocated, however when booking on line an e-mail confirming the booking was promised but not received, leaving me in doubt whether or not I had actually made the booking

Hi there, I use you because its good value. Improvement would be to simplify the parcel detail proceedure. Too many boxes to tick each time. If other shippers have a quicker system I might be tempted

All was easy and went well. My problem was as I sold this parcel on EBay I did not have the buyers phone number. I had to wait a day for him to respond with it.

Having used interparcel and the various courier companies they represent for the past few years I have only good things to say, Hermes is excellent, UPS is excellent but the one company I have used four times and had problems each and every time is Citylink, non pick ups, non deliveries, almost impossible to reach on the phone and just recently instead of collecting one scheduled pick up they took five! the other four clearly labelled for Hermes, it took me four days to get them back. All in all I am very satisfied with the level of service from Interparcel.

You can book a parcel collection at a range of prices with a number of carriers all on one website. Once you have decided, just book, pay, print your labels and that's it.
