Although there are often services more will known, I occasionally find Interparcel cheaper, so have continued to use them. Especially when shifting big boxes from the UK to Spain, other companies strangely won't even accept them. Having bad experiences with claims on Parcel2Go, I generally use this company unless there is a huge difference in price. Ignore the 20p for sending text updates, it doesn't work for me, however money was quickly refunded once I notified them of this.

I would expect that when a parcel is collected the driver should leave a receipt. Otherwise the sender will have no evidence of the collection. Otherwise all very straightforward.

I have used interparcel for my business the past 6years. Probably had 4 or 5 times where a parcel was not collected or delivered out of hundreds so overall very good. They were quick to deal with it & sort out no problem, it's nice to have online chat option to save costing money on phone bills. Interparcel have loads of different services & options, price is very cheap, much cheaper than having an account with a courier direct. I would highly recommend this company!

I was sending two boxes internationally for return to a manufacturer in the US. This was ticked on the online form however I did not receive the proper return form for the US. I did however get everything else that was required. I phoned Fedex the next day and eventually sorted it out. It would be good for the future if the online program could detect a US return and spit out the standard form. On a more positive note the courier came for pickup in less than an hour from my stated time...actually 15 minutes early! :-)

I have used you before and intended to go on using you for a new business that has lots of parcels but I sent 9723814 and they did not send the barcode label. There was a message "barcode label not ready" I'm completely stuck....Ican't get on line again before Monday and the carriers are coming Monday morning...I tried your number 08719 112113 and a recorded voice said "try again MONDAY MORNING!!!! I use Interparcel for my small business, including for shipping abroad. Only one hickup, quickly sorted, in 18 months of deliveries. UPS are a good, reliable partner.

I've used Interparcel on a number of occasions for both UK internal and International parcels and have only had one occasion for complaint, when a parcel disappeared and the staff were less than helpful in trying to find out what went wrong? I was only able to get some form of sense direct from the Carrier contracted for the delivery. Having said that, the parcel turned up safely and Interparcel do a great job of finding competitively priced deliveries. Keep up the good work - it may be worth spending a little bit of time on Customer Service...

as above , I have been on here for years , but there is more competition now , pricing is got to be my main gripe , the UPS service is first class , but I can get the same service on parcels to go with the drop off option , also they use Yodel , which is the best deal on larger parcels and I have tried to make 1 claim in around 8 years which is a super track record , but I gave up with the claim as it was to complicated for me to make , obtaining photo's of damaged boxes from the customer was far to complex , it should have been calculated on my spending track record and customer status.

Will not use Royal Mail anymore.Too expensive for the service they give you,plus always a long wait to get served.

Not a lot to say really - it does what it says on the tin. The only complaint about the website is that it could be a little more slick, but you can't have everything!

I have used interparcel for many years (7+) and generally they are very good. Booking a delivery is easy. Your choice of delivery service will determine the service you get after that. Tracking information is usually accurate and easy to obtain. However like insurance, the proof is often in how things are dealt with if they go wrong. In this regard I would say interparcel are average. When you book via a shipping agent like interparcel your claim for a missing damaged item has to go via them to be processed so it will be slower than going direct to the delivery company itself.

Price is reasonable and the process was pretty straightforward except for the fact that I could not get the website to accept the correct shipping address; despite me correcting the company name on the address page, it reverted back to an incorrect one on the printed address label. Despite the data entry page stating that I would have next day delivery (following a collection today between 11:00 and 17:00), the closing page stated that delivery would be in 2 days.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO ALLOW THE POST CODES TO BE ENTERERED WITH OR WITHOUT THE SPACE AND STILL BE VALID ON THE QUOTES FORM. IT MAKES LIFE EASIER AND PREVENTS HAVING TO BACK TRACK TO PAGE ONE OF THE QUOTES FORM AND THEN FILL IN THE ADDRESS FORM AGAIN AFTER GOING BACK TO THE START OF THE QUOTE TO ENTER YOUR POST CODE AGAIN WITH THE SPACE ............ JUST A SMALL IRRITATION ...........
