“I have been using Interparcel for several years now to send regular parcels to France. The website is so easy to use and the service consistently reliable. If I had to suggest any improvement, it would be useful to be able to store an address that I use regularly. Thank you Interparcel!”

“Online booking was simple and strait forward. Parcel was picked up almost immediately. Cost was better than I was expecting, and parcel delivered the next day. Paid extra for text to say parcel received. Over all well pleased.”

“I found Interparcel from a recommendation on M.S.E. Having obtained two other quotes online from couriers own websites I was delighted to find the price on Interparcel was 50% and 75% less! The order process was simple. The only slight snag was that one local drop off store had the wrong town name in it's address, but not a problem to me as it was in fact just a mile or so from my home. The tracking process was fast and accurate, thus avoiding arguments with recipient as to when shipment was delivered. An excellent first time experience.”

“They are quick,easy and simple to use and best of all the options are available----the one problem I have had with them was a pick up time stating pick up in morning but didn't happen till next day and because it wasn't a premium service it didn't matter so much about the time stated which I thought should have been made clearer in small print.”

“My usual courier and the post office refused to take a light but long item. Others charged more than the item was worth. I easily found several options for a fraction of the price and same day collection. Worked perfectly. Will be using again.”
