“I use Interparcel every few weeks to ship a parcel almost anywhere in the UK. Typically employ there Interparcel Ecomomy service which involves (here anyway) UPS. This is not a 'guaranteed' service but most UK packages are delivered next day. Whenever we send anything to northern Scotland this takes longer, but always within 2 days. Most things we send weigh at least 2Kg and with this sort of weigth + the fact that they collect + the service certainly beats the PO in our opinion.”

“I have used Interparcel for over six years and would recommend them. Out of many consignments, very few have gone wrong. If they have, I have received a satisfactory solution to every single one, and that says it all to me. It's not that problems occur - nothing's perfect - but that they get sorted without any fuss. Excellent service and excellent customer support - long may it continue!”

“Twice this year I shipped my parcels from Uk to Italy using Interparcel and in both occasions I've been provided with an excellent service. I would recommend this company without doubts. They offer competitive rates, a very easy to use online booking service, speed and punctuality.”

“I booked late the courier failed to attend. I was not able to be present for a week, so Interparcel refunded the fee as . I re booked and it all went swimmingly. I would be very happy to use them again”

“Not the cheapest out there but consistently reliable and I've never had any issues with any parcels delivered by them, touch wood!! The only thing I would say is that it would be easier if I could log into their website and retrieve my details without having to re-type them every time I wanted to arrange a collection but I like the fact that I can also arrange a specific collection time too. No complaints; would definitely recommend them.”

“The best part of this service is all the options you can see with delivery times & prices. The bookings are easy to complete & labels clear, so really easy to use. I have also found the prices better than on other sites. Definitely one to use ,”

“We have been using Interparcel for over 5 years and find it easy to use, they show if there is time to arrange collection same day, which is very helpful when customers are expecting their goods next day. Other courier services do not do this feature which is frustrating. When this go wrong their customer service is excellent. Well done”

“I use interparcel for all my deliveries. I send boxes to my dad in Spain all the time and other packages mostly in the uk. They pickup from my work place normally the day I book it and it's always a quick delivery. I've only had one delivery issue and interparcel phoned me to tell me they were unable to deliver it. I supplied them some more details and it was delivered hours later.”

“Used Interparcel a few times & never has a problem. We are a training company and use them to deliver important training materials. They have always arrived safely, on time, with no damage. Same day collectsion have always been prompt too.”

“I send approx 2 to 3 parcels per week with Interparcel, have never had problems with pick up and delivery of the goods. Good choice of carriers have used UPS, TNT and Citylink depending on delivery requirement, the only restriction is I have to book by 12:00PM if I want same day collection if using UPS but not really a problem.”

“If you have ever wanted to buy an item on eBay but couldn't because it was you had to collect it yourself personally, then this is the quick and economical way to solve the problem. Just book it through Interparcel and await delivery! It couldn't be simpler. I've been using Interparcel for several years now, both to send things I've sold and to collect those I've bought, and haven't found a better or cheaper way of doing what I want. “I was anxious about making sure process of receipt would be professional for the customer - well I needn't have worried. The parcel made its journey and I was able to keep informed of the progress, arriving safely. Would not hesitate to use Interparcel again.”
