"I have had nothing but issues with the Intoxalock device and have had to have my car towed to the service center multiple times. The company uses refurbished device that are faulty. Costumer service is difficult to communicate with due to a language barrier and they don't have many answers. I would recommend using a different company."

"I have served my time and even have my regular license. I try to call intoxalock for removal and sit on hold for very long. I need a calibration and got behind on my payment after i got my regular license, and am trying to call in to do a partial payment, so i can get a calibration and have been on hold 2 hours! Ive had so many BS lockouts triggered and paid for, I want it out! But not just getting through, but I work full time days, and its hard to get to an intoxalock shop during any other hours. I even had my car attempted to be stolen and i had to pay for new devices and camera.\r\nI want to calibrate and remove this, and make payment arrangements. But reaching an actual person is near impossible on a weekend!"

"I do not recommend Intoxalock for anything in the world, they have terrible customer service, when you call they leave you waiting more than 2 hours for them to attend to you, it is too much stress to deal with this company. If you know another company, I recommend you go with the other one."

"I had a court order to remove an intoxalock for my son who was in jail and they said since I was not on his account they weren\u2019t able to do it. I was on hold every time I called to try and resolve this for at least 30 minutes at a time and an hour and a half the final time before I finally decided to let his attorney deal with them and I\u2019d pay him. It is so disheartening to see them take such advantage of people. I have no doubt they continue to charge him even now which is why I feel like I am getting the run around each time I call."

"Had my device transferred from on car to another. The device isn\u2019t working and I got stranded three hours from home. I called customer service multiple times the yelled at me hung up on me told me it was my fault. 6 hours later I was willing to pay the only place open on the weekend he said it would cost me 340$ just for him to look at. I finally got a tow truck and the man canceled on me after I was already on the tow and on my way to his location. I had to tow it to a closed location. I had to rent a hotel for two days until Monday. Let me tell you that the original switch from my old car to my new car cost 400$ after Al the fees they tac on and I will be out more than 1000$ when I get this fixed. Their customer service is the cheapest outsourced to only people who second language is English. This is like a hostage situation because every time I try and get to someone who can provide a work order for removal no one answer the phone, hence hostage situation. Pick anyone else not related to this company you\u2019ll save thousands and keep yourself out of danger especially if you are a woman. It\u2019s as if they treat you like you are less than human for getting a dui. To top it off it appears that they deleted my online account."

"7 day install nightmare\r\nMy car has been at Hamilton auto shop 1032 First St. Novato, CA for a total of 7 days since 12\/6\/24 & still it needs a jump start when it sits overnight w a new Odessey AMG 600 CCA battery. Brandon (Intoxalock mediator) has called my shop and myself for the last 4 days, sending out parts to the shop overnight and getting their tech to talk in Spanish, w the shop's tech. Still Leo (the manager) claims they are losing money & wants to uninstall the IID and refund me my money; so much for certified service center ? What about my time without a car and a NEW $326.00 battery that now needs to be replaced? Brandon has tried;however, the shops should be held accountable for not providing a proper Intoxalock installation, especially will they advertised 3 hour install with certified technicians.\r\nThe first install had small gauge speaker wire for a ground and wires where connected by soldering them together and wrapping them with electrical tape. I pointed it out to Leo, so the next time my car wouldn't start, Leo had their \"REAL\" San Rafeal Intoxalock tech do a proper installation w Intoxalock logos on ALL heavy gauge electrical wire connections and 3\/8\" x 18\" plastic shield wrap along the firewall that protected the enclosed a group of heavy gauge wires. The 1st. amateur install messed something up, my car constantly need a jump start. Intoxalock needs to find another service center with ASE technicians, that know how to find a \"parasitic leak\" with a OHM METER !\r\nBASIC AUTO ELECTRIONCS 101"
