If I could submit zero stars, I would. I am down to my last 5 months of dealing with this nonsense. Came in today to get my device calibrated and was notified that the cost of this service has increased 10 dollars. That's nearly a 50 percent price increase. Is this for real?

They have some good customer service reps. But overall the wait is so long, and there is no way to get directly where you need to go in the call center. They have all these options but they need the emergency ones and the most common like calibration work orders, it should not take me hours to get a work order.

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to speak with a representative about approving the replacement of my device to a different vehicle. Last time, there was an issue with the mileage, and it took 95 minutes resolve. its frustrating that a multimillion dollar company doesn't have enough employees to meet customer needs.

Nonexistent customer service. Barely usable mostly unfuctioning device. Will attempt to refuse removal and scam out of extra fees.

Absolutely unacceptable. First 15 min device was installed, something they did made it so the accelerator would go off on its own, causing my 75 year old mom to nearly get in a car crash. Falutly device had to be replaced several times. Hidden fees. Lockouts for no reason that they MAKE you pay $75 each time. AND WORST OF ALL: Did not report my calibrations to the DMV, causing me to nearly lose my licence.

The worst company ever , Try to charge you lockout fees every other month for random reasons. The equipment is older than I am. Ready to file a class action lawsuit on these clowns.

Had my device transferred from on car to another. The device isn’t working and I got stranded three hours from home. I called customer service multiple times the yelled at me hung up on me told me it was my fault. 6 hours later I was willing to pay the only place open on the weekend he said it would cost me 340$ just for him to look at. I finally got a tow truck and the man canceled on me after I was already on the tow and on my way to his location. I had to tow it to a closed location. I had to rent a hotel for two days until Monday. Let me tell you that the original switch from my old car to my new car cost 400$ after Al the fees they tac on and I will be out more than 1000$ when I get this fixed. Their customer service is the cheapest outsourced to only people who second language is English. This is like a hostage situation because every time I try and get to someone who can provide a work order for removal no one answer the phone, hence hostage situation. Pick anyone else not related to this company you’ll save thousands and keep yourself out of danger especially if you are a woman. It’s as if they treat you like you are less than human for getting a dui. To top it off it appears that they deleted my online account.

This company is the worse. All they want is money. Nobody seems to know what they are talking about. Please use SMART-START they are way better!

Have a backup car charger. It got cold minus 20 so battery went dead. Failed to sync couldn’t start car. When finally someone showed up to jump start it locked me out. Waited 45 mins just to talk to someone. They have to schedule you at your service location which they failed to do 3 times. Had to pay for lockout and service recal. This company is terrible. All kinds of hidden fees and and this is second lockout, which counts a a violation which makes you have to deal With the Secretary of State. Everyone blames the other side. It’s all Intoxalock. Terrible on your cars battery.

I've had intoxalock for 2 months now they messed up all my paperwork still haven't got it! My lease changed from 7 months to 90 days court ordered submitted all the paperwork they said they got it! they still haven't changed my lease! And as soon as I got it installed I needed to replace the alternator and battery!
