“We r happy with the quality and taste of the water. I gave 4 stars because the rubber gasket on the bottom of the pitcher won't stay in place, so we removed it. The gasket kept falling out.”

We're sorry that your filter broke. We have tried sending replacement parts however, it could also be that something in your water system set up is causing the filter to break as it is not common that the filter would continue to break while in the filter housing.

“Have been using the pitcher every day. Pitcher and filters have been flawless. Easy to change filters, easy to fill pitcher. Not sure if practical, but would like a bigger pitcher since I refill every other day.”
