Have sent parcel to France, not delivered, although tracking says it was collected. Proposed recipient not happy, no reply to my e-mails, despite message saying received my e-mail and will be in contact, no phone number to make contact with Ipostparcels and now out of pocket. No worth to pay for express delivery as you wont get your parcel on time anyway. Worst service ever. I am very disappointed and hope to not deal with you again.

I have not recieved my delivery and the two neighbour's flat numbers mentioned on the cards put through my door have not had any deliveries given to them either. I am very upset about this and will be expecting a refund if the parcel doesnt show up.

We found the parcel by accident - hidden by the bin area - when we put the bins out yesterday. We have had very wet weather and the packaging was soaked. Thankfully the goods inside were ok (it was a present for my Dad's 60th - a print in a frame). I have no idea how long the parcel had been there. There was no notelet posted through the door to indicate that the parcel had been left (therefore I had not been expecting it and looked for it). As I stated before - we found it by chance when we went to put the bins out for the weekly collection. I would be interested to know when the parcel was delivered (date / time). Although the delivery mechanisms worked well - careful not to put in your customer's email address in the deliver to details as this company then sends SPAM under the auspices of 'how well did we do?' to further advertise their services to your customer as well as a 3rd party advertiser in the form of 'win vouchers' - no permission or opt in agreement from your customer means you just had them spammed! - VERY unprofessional

I am very disappointed with delivery - the item (acoustic guitar) that I bought came damaged. I was very upset to find that the guitar arrived with the headstock hanging loosely on the strings!! Not surprise why it happened - item wasn't well secured - there was nothing inside the cupboard package, a foam or anything keeping the headstock tight. I will definitely not use your service in the future and also won't recommend it to anybody else. Very upset customer

Booked out twice due to website crashing half way through. Left message at contact us. No call back so have paid twice for same parcel. can't be bothered to chase up money just put it down to experience.

Parcel was not delivered on time and took another 4 days to arrive, When I spoke to the office to find out why my parcel was not delivered the operator was rude and unhelpful. When the parcel did arrive the box was in poor condition. It was a good job the contents where well packed otherwise it would have been damaged !!! Overall performance was extremely poor and I would not recommend using this service

This was the first time we used ipost and it will most likely be the last. We arranged a collection and delivery, the parcel did not get collected on the day we selected, no email or contact was made from ipost to explain the delay. The delivery arrived a day late again with no explanation or apology. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend or use again.

The stool was damaged and had been well wrapped, I bought this from a seller on ebay and it left her in one piece, this had obviously been dropped as a piece of the leg was loose inside the parcel overall not happy with the lack of care taken.

Yesterday iPost should deliver me a parcel. The sender of the parcel has checked in iPost, and received the answer that packed was delivered to me.And that someone signed for the parcel my name. Today in iPost Glasgow local depot no one knows where is the parcel, where iPost driver has left it, and who signed my name, And nobody has told me ,sorry, The worst delivery service which can be. 2 of my items gone missing nobody contacted me i spended hours on a phone to sort it out and still not done... paid extra to have delivered next day its been nearly a week and still waiting for some parts of my parcel... nightmare i would never use your service again!!!!

Sent a parcel to the US, but they didn't send the non-hazardous goods declaration. When they contacted me to request one they gave me 48 hours to send it by fax - but didn't give me a fax number. 36 hours later they gave me the fax number! Even though they got the fax in time, they returned the parcel to the UK and are now trying to charge me TWICE what it cost to send the parcel in order to return it to me. Customer service is terrible, it is like talking to a machine.
