“great service irish parcels you picked my parcel up next day and it arrived in only two day my great grandson got his birthday gifts in time thank you ill be sending my parcels with irish parcels again .”

“Easy to navigate website to place your order. No hassle pick up and collection and for a realistic price. I would recommend to introduce a lower weight option less than 1kg . Overall a very happy customer who will continue to use this service and would recommend it as I too was .”

“Very easy to use system and everything that I needed was organised within a few clicks. I felt the prices I was offered were reasonable and fair. The online tracking was very accurate and up to date. I will definitely use the services of irishparcels again.”

“Very impressed with your service my daughter has received her parcel in Melbourne and it was not left me a week ,also so handy went online booked and paid at 8am ,TNT rang me before lunch and had it picked up after lunch ,the guy was very helpful and checked Wii the paperwork for me as I had never used ye before , would definitely use this again and highly recommend you ,Ann.”

“The parcel wasn't picked up on the day it was booked for and I was not informed. However when I rang all the staff were helpful - whilst I appreciate a driver might not be able to make every pick up on the designated day it would have been helpful if I had been informed. All other aspects of the service were excellent.”

Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry that your item was not collected on the expected date. Although the vast majority of our collections take place on the expected date, we recognise that factors beyond our control may cause delays. We are very sorry that the driver ran out of time to fulfil this pick-up on the expected date - this is something that is rare, and unfortunately we are not notified when an issue like this occurs. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, collections that fail are not automatically rebooked and you must contact us to arrange another collection - however, we do appreciate your feedback on this. I can see that you were speaking with Jodie from our customer support team who arranged for the item to be collected on the following day. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
