“I contacted the a customer service representative. He explained how to use the service very clearly and was very polite and helpful. Booking it on line was very easy and straight forward. Finally I got my package very swiftly”

“I'm moving to Saipan from Dublin after a breakup so my nerves and patience are at a minimum. After countless attempts to ship my life I found Irish Parcels. I had issues with PO Box allowance and am shipping half there and half home to the States. The customer service people I've dealt with have made a heartbreaking process a little bit easier. If it wasn't for this company I would have nothing. I know it's material things but right now it's all I have. So thank you for not being too annoyed with my emails, yes there were many, and being so kind. It's people and places like this that make terrible times or moments not seem as devastating. “The quote was quick, gave me a range of couriers/prices. Paid for the courier by card. The payment system was clear that if I paid by PayPal there would be an extra charge. Tracking number handy. Was able to see that the parcel was on the list for the courier to collect that day. Parcel collected. Friendly courier. Parcel received 23 hours later. If there is anything that could be improved, it would be to give a time slot to the customer (even if it is 9am to 12 noon or 1pm - 5pm). Would be helpful. Overall very good. And very handy. Thank you. Will use again.”

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide time-slots for collections/deliveries ahead of booking as these times are set upon by the courier. However, if you give us a call on the morning of your collection/delivery, we may be able to help you get a more precise time from the courier directly. We hope this helps for next time.

“I found Irish Parcels by mistake when looking at dhl tnt etc... site was very user friendly and what was great was that TNT was more expensive than using TNT through Irish Parcels and i sent 1 box to south Korea on the Thursday before the Easter Weekend and it was delivered on the Monday / tuesday which was very good as i expected a slight delay with the long weekend thanks guys look forward to using your service again.
