“The process worked really well. I also had to call to check on 1 or 2 things and the staff were very approachable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend using them for Organising an international Courier. Everything went according to plan.”

“Worst service in the world. It has been a month and still hasn't been delivered. 20 emails so far. They expect people to hold on to the receipts from 5 years back. If you don't have receipt no claim form. I just want my courier to be delivered not your money. It is your responsibility to deliver it safe. Stop putting pressure on your customer by asking them fill a form with a million details. And asking them for receipts for household items. This is madness.”

You do not need receipts for claims, simply proof of value, this can simply be a website screenshot of the value, value needs to be assigned to items so they can be paid out. “My parcel was collected from my home at 10 am on a Friday and was delivered the next day .Very pleased with this service as l didn't expect a delivery at the weekend .Would highly recommend this service .”

“my package was collected on time and delivered on time, albeit to a neighbour. Thankfully the driver was competent and took a signature and address of the signatory. It took more time to reach the correct recipient as the neighbour was not forthcoming in contact. however, Samantha in customer service could not have been more helpful and allayed my fears with a path to action if the package didn't arrive. In the end, it did. highly recommend Irish Parcels.”

“I sent a jar 20km, wrapped in bubble wrap, newspaper and cardboard. It got smashed in transit. It must have been hit extremely hard. Even dropping it off a building wouldn't have done this.”

“This is, a very reliable service. I have sent many boxes to Europe and the US. Never had a problem. It is, a little more expensive during Covis as all parcels boxes have to go swift track..... But still great value.”

“Over the last 18 months i have sent Parcels to Canada with a few different company's but have found by far Irish parcels the best . The system is very simple to use , the parcels are collected on time & the delivery to Vancouver is less that 5 days . If you have a question you can speak to someone on the phone & any concerns you might have are sorted with a very friendly person . Very efficient ,extremely professional would not use any other company.”

“Came across this website while trying to send a very large - 175cm high - parcel from Dublin to the UK. I searched a lot of companies and when I put in the dimension most could not deliver. Those very few that could were charging a lot more. I was absolutely delighted at how easy it was to do my delivery from home putting in all the dimension, post code etc and then my payment. Printed out my label and it was collected promptly and I was sent an email telling me when it would be delivered. In fact the company managed to deliver it one day early. I am really delighted with the service of Irish Parcels. I would throughly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Many thanks.”
