“Brilliant service but the two times I've used it, the courier has arrived the day after he said he would. Hopefully this will be ironed out as customer service is brilliant and both my parcels have arrived quickly and safely!”

“I found the ordering process excellent - Chelsea was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the problem arose when the order went to the actual courier. 48 hours after placing the order, the item still hadn't been picked up and we needed to get it to Galway asap so regrettably had to cancel and book use traditional mail.”

I understand there is gated access to your property and the driver could not gain entry, we sent the driver back a second time with further instructions however you requested a refund and we fully refunded you.

“I love this service! Very efficient, fast and honest in prices too. I sent 2 parcels to Rome the 31 of March and I am so sorry I don't remember the name of the person who came to collect them, I was quite disorganised with the labels etc.. and he was very helpful, in 1 min he fixed everything and parcels are now on their way..
