“It's not Irish Parcels fault, but the parcel has got lost in transit, The track and trace says that it's delivered, but they are unable to provide a signature or say where it was delivered to. I am still chasing the courier a week later to try and get a resolution.”

Hi John, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see you have sent many shipments with Irish Parcels without any issues, so I am very sorry if this shipment had any issues. I cannot see any record on our system of you contacting us about this shipment. I assume you contacted the courier directly when there was an issue. I will get a member of staff to look into this for you an email you an update. It is extremely rare for a shipment not be delivered.

“Satisfied with your service. My suggestion to add a column/ space in your customs documentation for business customers to enter details like '' Goods are of preferential EU origin'' so that customs duty would not be charged in such cases.”

“My friend left his computer at my house and travelled back to America without it. Irish Parcels was quick and picked up the computer the following morning and 2 days later he had his computer at his house in South Carolina. What a fantastic service and very reasonable.”
