“The parcel was collected from my house, in Waterford Ireland, by TNT, en route to USA, The timescale for delivery was just over a week, and to my surprise it arrived in three days, in absolutely pristine condition, just as it left my house. I have to thank the driver, Mr. Connery was his name, he helped me with the final piece of paperwork, the label, for which I'm very grateful, seeing that I'm not computer savvy, My compliments to Irishparcels,ie for everything, I'll certainly be using them again.”

Hi Marcin, when you book with Irish Parcels, we are a booking agent and not a courier, therefore, there may be instances where you might need to contact the courier directly to provide additional information. In your situation, the item is currently stuck in customs as they need further information as soon as possible in order to clear the item. Unfortunately, customs is outside both ours and the courier's control however they would have tried to contact the receiver in the delivery country to resolve this as quickly as possible. We can ask the courier for as much information as possible however there are instances such as this where the courier will need to speak to the receiver or yourself.

“The service I received from Irish Parcels was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Delivery from Co.Westmeath, Ireland to Swindon,Wiltshire,England took less than 2 days, tracking facility was excellent and the cost was exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend Irish Parcels to everyone. Door to door service, nothing to beat it.”

“This was my first time using Parcels.ie and I have found it excellent. Had few problems at the very start but The online help guys were fantastic, incredibly helpful and very nice & polite. My box was collected at the correct time and then delivered exactly on the date I was given as approximate date of delivery when I first contacted Parcels.ie I strongly reccomend this company to anyone as my experience has been extremely positive. If I will need a similar service in the future I will use Irish Parcels without a shadow of a doubt Thank you for your Service”
