“I used Irish Parcels to send a parcel to Australia the only difficult thing was getting the custom document. The collection was as described and picked up by a lovely polite driver, the tracking was brilliant and the delivery was super fast and delivered right to the address. I would highly recommend Irish Parcel and will certainly be using them again, as I have used other companies before and none were as efficient as Irish Parcels, ten out of ten keep up the good work”

Hi Michael, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see you are sending a shipment within Ireland. If you miss the collection or it fails you can rebook another collection free of charge online from your tracking page. If you need to rebook your collection again please contact us, we are available via phone, email and livechat, we can arrange this all for you. We are disappointed with a 1 star review in this instance, I can arrange for a manager to contact you if that suits you?
