“It has only been a month, so i can only tell you at this point everything has been great. The order process was simple, the shipping and return shipping was very easy and fast. The packing was excellant and the box and packing was sturdy and easily used for the return of the old cluster.”

“I gave them 5 stars because you can't give them 6. I couldn't be happier. My shift indicator dimmed, then died. Then my gauges died off one by one with only temp gauges and message center working. Finally, they quit working too. I sent my cluster to ISS and it was completely repaired, lense polished and blue LEDs installed in 2 or 3 days. The check cost was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“The instrument cluster for my 2003 Silverado was a perfect match and was so easy to install. It works perfectly and I now have no issues such as parasitic draw that I dealt with for years. I had to install a battery cut off switch to save my battery, but no longer need it. I will be hoping to replace my Bose stereo with a factory Bose. I haven't found one at ISS, but if they ever start selling them I will be buying one from them. Likely it will perform like new if their clusters are an indication of the quality they provide.”
