“My Dad’s 2006 GMC didn’t have a single gauge still working. I ordered an instrument cluster from ISS and I had them add the transmission temperature gauge. Installation went easily. When I got the cluster installed the oil pressure gauge was not reading. This turned out to be the oil pressure sending unit. So I replaced that and everything works like new! I returned the core with the shipping label and I got an email back when they received it in. Very satisfied!”

“I sent the dash of my 1997 Chevy K1500 in because the fuel gauge was not accurate. The fuel gauge works fine now. However, the volt meter is now off. I also ask the the temp gage be tested. It reads the same as before. That could be right but I doubt it. I have changed 2 thermostats and no change. So what I ask for to be fixed was. I just figured the rest of the cluster would be checked at the same time. I know I need to take the dash out again and send it back but I hate to go through the hassle. Sorry for the negative content but I must add that the turn around was incredible.”

“The order processing was seamless and was processed with no delay. The unit was a perfect match. Unfortunately, the problem I had with my 2000 Monte Carlo SS turned out to be loose pins in the instrument cluster connector. Without a hassle, ISS accepted my return and charged me a 20% restocking charge. The shipping box and return label process is very well done. Even Goodyear said they are impressed with ISS.”

“After trying to purchase from my local parts house and I got their quote, they told me to buy it from ISS as they couldn't come close to the cost or the timeline to deliver. Since I was on vacation ISS halted the delivery to make sure I was going to be home. Delivered on time, packaged acceptable, and a return label was included in the box. It has been a few weeks after the easy install and everything is working great. Very happy with the product.”
