“They were friendly but professional when a problem arose they emailed me about it. The end product, my instrument cluster, works perfectly now! The packaging was awesome, it was so good I saved it, lol. Thank you for doing a great job!”

“I've been in the Automotive Industry for 33 years. Ordering, receiving & sending my core back prepaid for a lifetime guarantee cd player has never been this easy. I called ISS and to clarify a question and they were a delight to communicate with. Super straight forward clear and fast professional transaction. I only wish they did Mercedes cd changers as well. I have 3 right now that need the same treatment.”
