“Dear Itokri, I am very happy with the quality of the products I have bought. However, there is a disparity between the size mentioned in the invoice and the actual size delivered. One is the right size while the other is not. It has never happened before. Unfortunately, I am travelling right now and am not able to send it right away. I hope I can send the piece next week and that you will be able to replace it with the right size. Regards, Jyothi”

“Genuinely surprised by how beautiful my fabric was when it arrived. I was looking for silk in a hard-to-match color and was well on my way to plan to dye my own when I decided to take a chance on the order. I couldn't be happier with the color (which is difficult to photograph well) and the quality of the material. Arrived well-packed and on time. I'm thrilled. What a positive experience.
