“Thank you for the timely delivery. The toran I had picked up was defective for delivery and I was contacted immediately by the itokri team. Thank you for the transparency. The toran I ordered in lieu was equally good in terms of quality and finish. Moreover it was delivered timely. The product received is an authentic craft and original per se. Thank you itori.”
