“Some of the products that can’t be shipped outside India should have clear mention of it. The sets I ordered had waxed candle which is not allowed and must be removed. If I had known abt it I wouldn’t have purchased the item.”

“I had ordered a kaftan from itokri. It was delivered on time, the product looked exactly how it appeared on the site. I am very satisfied with the product. Above all, the handwritten note of Jia with a gift (something that I was browsing) shows the attention to detail and the personal touch.
