“Its a great e-commerce site for promoting the beautiful handcrafted products of India. Really enjoyed browsing through the various sections of the website. Service is great. The international delivery and tracking has some room for improvement. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to own a piece of our homeland and support the ARTISANS.”

“How does itokri know what I love? Their selection of products is so tempting, I have to hang on to my credit card for fear of over spending. The products I have ordered so far have been of excellent quality. Their deliveries are prompt and always within the time period they promise. Their little touches - like a cute gift with every order, a handwritten note from Jia and the fact that the packaging is reused sari boxes and newspaper - all add up to creating a big smile on my face. “I initially gave 4 stars because one of the items in my order was shipped wrongly. Then i remembered the care with which the error was handled, and the personal attention given to me, even though mine was a small-ish order. I could not have asked for more. Maybe the initial error was human or machine, but the steps taken to rectify it did not let that turn into a mistake. This is definitely 5-Star service. As far a the order itself is concerned, i was impressed with the little things that matter - recycled packaging (minimal use of "new" packaging material), the personal note for a first time customer, etc. I have been more than happy with my purchase, and super satisfied with the support provided. There is no doubt that iTokri will sooner or later become a bigger name; i just hope that the level of service and support is maintained even then. :-) I will definitely be returning to buy more stuff. I wish Jia and iTokri ki Toli all the very best! :)”
