“It delivers exactly what it shows which is the best part. Wrapped in newspaper, saving paper, impressed me the most. I also received a pair of earrings as a complementary gift on my first purchase. I'm definitely gonna shop more in coming days.”

“I have been ordering from Itokri for about 2 years now. The products and the services are excellent. The personalized note adds a nice touch. But the website isnt particularly well designed from an aesthetic or an ergonomic sense , pages take a long time to load. Once you've bought your stuff. checking out is complicated with all that registering. Amazon has the same kind of system in place but it's far more user friendly”

“This was the first time when i ordered from Itokri. i got beautiful material with nice packing (not at all a fancy one, it was packed with available resources). also a note and a small gift for ordering.”

“Good fabrics...personalised touch thru your notes n calls....but fabric colours should be more according to the photos...some fabrics I've ordered have turned out to be very dull in colour.”

“I've bought a lot of stuff on itokri. Good quality, good customer service. Be a little careful when you review the product, sometime, the verticality and the horizontality of the product may be misleading in the photographs. But, no complaints really. A great forum to acquire good quality handlooms.”

“Happy to be your customer. i purchased a bag which was really awesome but the size of the bag in the picture and in real seems to b diifferent. The reason may be the angle u have taken the pic.I could not get the real size of which i imagined to be.Wanted some bigger size of handbag collection”

“I had been waiting to buy kalamkari fabrics for so long and that is when iTokri came to my rescue. They have such amazing collection of printed fabrics, they just made my day. The fabrics are very reasonably priced and to cherry-top the pudding, they have an excellent customer service orientation. The products were delivered promptly. I have recommended iTokri to friends and family and they love it too. It is a great buy for all things hand-made. Thanks to Jia and team for the great shopping experience, the special handwritten note and the little surprise gift! I look forward to exploring and shopping more.”

“I like shopping at itokri, because one knows the it's authentic and genuine. It's also a great e-window shopping ecperience as there is always something new. Sometimes, I think prices should be more reasonable, but, when you get unusual stuff, I guess they are at liberty to charge. But, it's an altogether wonderful and happy experience.”
