“Product quality was great but I got mistaken with the size mentioned on the website. So according to me, he bells I ordered are extremely tiny. However, the service was good and I really appreciate the personal touch of a letter that I received from your end. Means a lot! Thanks!”

“It delivers exactly what it shows which is the best part. Wrapped in newspaper, saving paper, impressed me the most. I also received a pair of earrings as a complementary gift on my first purchase. I'm definitely gonna shop more in coming days.”

“I have been ordering from Itokri for about 2 years now. The products and the services are excellent. The personalized note adds a nice touch. But the website isnt particularly well designed from an aesthetic or an ergonomic sense , pages take a long time to load. Once you've bought your stuff. checking out is complicated with all that registering. Amazon has the same kind of system in place but it's far more user friendly”
