“I had been waiting to buy kalamkari fabrics for so long and that is when iTokri came to my rescue. They have such amazing collection of printed fabrics, they just made my day. The fabrics are very reasonably priced and to cherry-top the pudding, they have an excellent customer service orientation. The products were delivered promptly. I have recommended iTokri to friends and family and they love it too. It is a great buy for all things hand-made. Thanks to Jia and team for the great shopping experience, the special handwritten note and the little surprise gift! I look forward to exploring and shopping more.”

“I like shopping at itokri, because one knows the it's authentic and genuine. It's also a great e-window shopping ecperience as there is always something new. Sometimes, I think prices should be more reasonable, but, when you get unusual stuff, I guess they are at liberty to charge. But, it's an altogether wonderful and happy experience.”

“I loved browsing through your site for the variety of products being offered. very unique and interesting. Definitely recommend it to my friends. Best part is the personal touch you add - by adding an extra gift. its not about the free gift but about the effort you make to create this shopping experience wonderful for each of your customer. the only thing i need to figure out is how to order fabric - find it slightly complicated with the measurements etc :( A happy shopper Suchie”

“I was very happy with the service and the product. And appreciated the complimentary earrings. However, you need to secure your website. Almost immediately after completing my online formality with your company, someone from MP tried to hack into gmail account. Luckily my account was secured and google sent me a notification. Post this experience I have not visited your site. You need to have some security measures in place”

“Love the fabrics and the unique products. Especially the tribal jewellery. However I find the prices slightly too high for students and youth. Perhaps some offers, discounts etc would be a good idea and can give us a chance to purchase more frequently.”
