“suggestions: a full set with dupatta /chunni along with the material ; choosing the dupatta in same design or contrast design for the selected running material or more options to be given for choosing a duppatta is most welcome. moreover the the sold out pieces i.e running material should be made available.”

“Product description needs a bit elaboration along with the fabric description, shade or colour description required. Though my green bandhni is great , but i thought of the shade (as depicted in the picture) as a solid sea green in colour while actually it is a different shade of green.”

“Love the products, love the quirky emails from the iTokri team, love the little gifts that accompany the product :) But most of all, like the fact that companies like yours are giving big, glib companies like Fabindia a run for their money in not just the range of products available, but the personal touch that comes with shopping from you! You should also think of loyalty programs/reward points structures/gift vouchers on a certain number of purchases or something similar; I'm sure that'll go a long way in ensuring decently loyal customers in a time of unlimited internet access and innumerable shopping websites offering very similar products! All the best!”

“I love your services and little cute notes that you send along with a souvenir. Keep up the good work !! I would love to see more things in katha , patch work etc. The recent purchase I made of two earring weren't at all satisfactory but I didn't have the patience to follow procedure to return plus the value was low, so left it at that. “The products are getting a little repetitive now. More mid range innovative products would be welcome. Jewellery and fabric is good but you could think of branching out into unique brass utensils, handicrafts like kavaad, mirror work fabric and unique items for gifting (100-1500 range), north eastern crafts, kerala crafts, brass lamps, hand painted trays, handmade soaps, desi fragrances etc etc. That apart, your service and your price is very good.”
