“I love your services and little cute notes that you send along with a souvenir. Keep up the good work !! I would love to see more things in katha , patch work etc. The recent purchase I made of two earring weren't at all satisfactory but I didn't have the patience to follow procedure to return plus the value was low, so left it at that. I though I should let you know :) Regards Smitha”

“The products are getting a little repetitive now. More mid range innovative products would be welcome. Jewellery and fabric is good but you could think of branching out into unique brass utensils, handicrafts like kavaad, mirror work fabric and unique items for gifting (100-1500 range), north eastern crafts, kerala crafts, brass lamps, hand painted trays, handmade soaps, desi fragrances etc etc. That apart, your service and your price is very good.”

“Great stuff, great quality! My only issue is that iTokri keeps very limited quantity of stocks. Things become unavailable within few hrs of launching. Don't get a chance to buy good stuff, it becomes unavailable. Kindly keep more inventory or restock at the earliest.”

“In a world full of over priced ethnic sarees and jewellery itokri is really refreshing. They source good products, delivery system is professional, pricing is competitive. On first purchase they also send a hand written note and a free earring!”

“As always, Itokri did not disappoint with the quality of the product and the packaging. My only quibble was the lack of communication during shipment. I only got notification when the order was shipped. I was not up to date with delivery, which is why I missed it the first time, simply because I didn't know it was going to happen on a certain day.”
