“Excellent stuffs with awesome packaging, especiially liked the personal touch in handwritten thank you note. The website needs to be more user friendly. Images should be more prominent with 3/4 option from different angle. Otherwise it's wonderful experience while buying stuffs on itokri. Wish you good luck. Regards, Sarbari”

“The service is absolutely great and the customer service team are so friendly and efficient. The only downside i would say is that the fabrics look slightly different in the pictures than in real life (they look better in pics) so i imagined using them for an occasion that they did not end up being suitable for, but im still keeping them and will be using them for other events as they are of great quality”

“I had got 2 kalamkari running materials of 2.5 meters each, a minor suggestion the quality of the kalamkari cotton can be improved . The material seems thinner. I also purchase a silver nose ring, the look was good but the pin wasnt comfortable to wear. The silver ring should not start from the center of the nose-pin, it has to be located from the corners.”

“I actually had to cancel an order but the whole process was handled so professionally. I am happy that I was notified that the product I ordered was damaged which eventually led to a cancellation. I am so happy to know that an online company is honest and cares about the customers to let them know. Though I was disappointed at the cancellation, I was thoroughly impressed with the way the transaction was handled.”
