“Kindly have more options for silver round earrings of diameter 7cm to 8 cm. Simple round silver and inform me through mail if possible. Thank you.”

“I actually had to cancel an order but the whole process was handled so professionally. I am happy that I was notified that the product I ordered was damaged which eventually led to a cancellation. I am so happy to know that an online company is honest and cares about the customers to let them know. Though I was disappointed at the cancellation, I was thoroughly impressed with the way the transaction was handled.”

“The products are very innovative and nice. They are different from the ones commonly sold on eCommerce sites. The staff is very helpful. The service is fast too. The prices at times are a bit high but overall the experience is very nice.”

“I have liked the cushions but the work could have been better. Also the number of limited cushions per transaction makes it impossible for buyers to have a set. It should be available in multiples of 5 at least.”

“iTokri has an impressive collection of running fabric at great prices. Was also impressed with the quick delivery. Received some free gifts (a hand mirror and wooden key ring) with my first order and a little hand written note from Jia! Love the personalisation! Makes the whole experience feel a lot more human.”

“This is my second purchase and i feel happy to share with you my experience so far. Quality always comes with a price but sometimes online shopping is also about saving money by a general notion. And one more thing please include Ready Made kurtas in block prints and Ikkat. Thanks”
