“Whole experience of placing the order from iTokri was wonderful. I loved the packaging, handwritten note and the surprize gift so much that I showed to all my colleagues at work. There is just one part I wasn't happy about. I had ordered a set of 4 pencils with wooden cap. I expected that caps to be detachable but unfortunately due to bad painting job, the caps were glued to the pencil. Only one pencil had detachable cap. Not sure if this is how it was supposed to be.”
