“Loved the experience from placing the order to receiving it in a handmade paper box and a lovely handwritten note. The only part which is uncomfortable for me is the elastic band being a wee tight. My ears hurt. So I have to keep adjusting it. Other than that, everything is just perfect.”

“product was good, delivered on time . I only have one suggestion , the material was packed in a paper box so very ecofreindly but this box was packed in soo much cellotape both the times i purchased . I would request you to use less packing tape to be more ecofriendly”

“Need to improve in Jewellery section- bring small size traditional rings as well...bring variety in Jewellery section cost of duppatas etc to be made slightly more reasonable... It is good that itokri gives suprise gifts on purchase above a certain amount.... Like the personal touch”

“Good service. Cost wise i feel comfortable as i earn adequate salary but i wont say every middle class can afford it. Materials appear good quality at time of purchase. Ideal opinion should be told only 1 to 2 months after using the clothing to be honest. We should give a assessment how it stays true after 4 to 5 washes.please also give your recommendations for individual clothing wash type/ detergents etc. It will be more beneficial.open an youtube channel for your company and give advise how to maintain clothing.”
