“The masks are very beautiful, the packing was also good and the small handwritten note was awesome. May be it slightly highly priced, otherwise very happy with the product and service.”

“Masks were lovely worth the price. And thank u so much for the pretty earring...that was a lovely surprise. However one mask had an open stitch,though its negligible. Thanks once again team itokri.”

“product was good, delivered on time . I only have one suggestion , the material was packed in a paper box so very ecofreindly but this box was packed in soo much cellotape both the times i purchased . I would request you to use less packing tape to be more ecofriendly”

“Need to improve in Jewellery section- bring small size traditional rings as well...bring variety in Jewellery section cost of duppatas etc to be made slightly more reasonable... It is good that itokri gives suprise gifts on purchase above a certain amount.... Like the personal touch”

“Good service. Cost wise i feel comfortable as i earn adequate salary but i wont say every middle class can afford it. Materials appear good quality at time of purchase. Ideal opinion should be told only 1 to 2 months after using the clothing to be honest. We should give a assessment how it stays true after 4 to 5 washes.please also give your recommendations for individual clothing wash type/ detergents etc. It will be more beneficial.open an youtube channel for your company and give advise how to maintain clothing.”

“I love the products on itokri albiet it is a little on the higher side. However it is still a nice place to find some unique stuff made by craftsmen from all across India. which is why I look at things and buy on and off. I had bought fabrics a few years ago which was very well packaged. It came in cloth covers instead of plastic bags like most other websites send. That definitely impressed me. Recently I purchased a few more items from itokri and it was promptly delivered. All as shown in the website. Along with it I recieved a nice keychain as a complementary free gift which certainly shows how much they try to go the extra mile. I hope you continue your service in the same way and introduce us to more products handmade by the artisans of our country. Once again it was a pleasant experience all in all. Kudos to the whole team for running it smoothly.”
