“I love the products on itokri albiet it is a little on the higher side. However it is still a nice place to find some unique stuff made by craftsmen from all across India. which is why I look at things and buy on and off. I had bought fabrics a few years ago which was very well packaged. It came in cloth covers instead of plastic bags like most other websites send. That definitely impressed me. Recently I purchased a few more items from itokri and it was promptly delivered. All as shown in the website. Along with it I recieved a nice keychain as a complementary free gift which certainly shows how much they try to go the extra mile. I hope you continue your service in the same way and introduce us to more products handmade by the artisans of our country. Once again it was a pleasant experience all in all. Kudos to the whole team for running it smoothly.”

“Material ordered for was Silver brocade ( as shown in website), but material delivered was Golden brocade which did not suit my requirement. However, delivery was prompt, transperant and traceble. A handwritten note and suprise gift was a nice gesture. Quality of material very good.”
