“I’m so happy to have found iTokri online. So many wonderful items for sale. ITokri’s service was friendly and prompt. I received my order well within the allotted time frame promised by iTokri. (And with a handwritten note and first-time customer gift.) My one quibble: Two scarves arrived with blemishes; one with stains; the other with the sticky residue from tape. I’d also like to have more information about how scarves are finished. I didn’t realize that some were finished by machine, not hand stitching. Otherwise, I am very happy with my experience with iTokri and plan to remain a customer.”

“i was so glad that i received my order, and thing i like most was: that the whole procedure was easy and smooth. I loved most of the items that i ordered, i absolutely will order from iTokri all the time. Hope to see new handcrafted and recycled products. Btw i so loved the way of the Detailed bill, it shows and clarify everything with photos, and one more thing, i think you forget one item “by mistake” : ceramic coasters. Best regards Noura”

“Very good collection of fabric from all over the country. I ordered 3 types of fabric and found the quality to be good, packaging and delivery time was also satisfactory. Prices are higher for cottons when compared to local markets but Ikat prices are comparable. The site seems to be curated with personal attention and that showed in the gift posted with my first purchase. Hope to see competitive prices and excellent quality silks here. That'll surely make me a regular customer.”
