“I chanced upon iTokri 2 years ago when looking for handmade gifts for a friend. I have been delighted by my entire experience on the site - right from the comprehensive range of products, to the layout and ease of shopping and the post sale service! Each purchase comes in a recycled box, with an endearing handwritten note on handmade paper, plus a little gift to make you smile even wider! Since then, I have made several purchases on iTokri and it is most definitely my go to portal for purchasing authentic, hand crafted products. My only suggestion for improvement would be to do away with the cellophane wrapping and perhaps just using old newspaper instead, like your boxes. :) I love your site and the caring quality of your customer service! Thank you!”

“I ordered a pair of anklets from itokri. The eco-friendly way the purchase was packed really impressed me and the hand written note with the free gift was such a nice personalized gesture which was like a gust of fresh air in today's impersonal world. Not to mention the phone call which was the icing on the cake. I really appreciate the thoughtful gestures of the itokri team and the prompt response to queries.
