“I love iTokri. The products are beautiful, different and ,at the same time, reasonably priced. I love that your team sends little notes and little gifts with every purchase (big or small). It is a nice touch. My interactions with the those employed with iTokri have also been very polite and friendly.”

“Good: The website is very nicely designed and is extremely use friendly. The stocks are very good as well. The product got delivered very fast, and I was constantly updated about the status of the shipment. Out of the several products that I had ordered, I did not like one. After the delivery, I requested for a return and refund. This was immediately arranged for. Based on this, I would say that iTokri's service is first rate. Bad: The only thing that left me a little uneasy was the unnecessary occasional use of Hindi in mails/website. Hindi is a language of North India only, and if iTokri aspires to be a national brand, it should not thrust a regional language on people from different corners of the country. Not everybody understands or wants to understand Hindi.”
