“I was very impressed by the customer care at iTokri, there was a query regarding delivery of my purchases and the team was prompt and helpful in their correspondence regarding the same. The handwritten note that I received with my order was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Their collection is extensive and the website is very user friendly. I shall definitely be ordering again and have already recommended them to friends and family”

“Great products. Great people and very nice ways of gifting and customer interactions. Please keep it up. The handwritten notes are a diferentiator! And the goody aling with it is truly good! Might need to check with the courier partners. The delievry timings dinot keep uo with the sms communication”

“The material delivered was true to its claim. There is a need to improve on delivery though - do not expect the customer to answer calls at any point of the day. Delivery staff should learn to use google maps to identify location. The back up staff were however good - in terms of sending e-mail when customer couldn't be reached on the mobile.”

“I love the collections that u guys have. I have ordered almost 3 times and all the time the delivery was on time. Since I have received all my orders as expected, m delighted with itokri. Keep up the good work! Howevwr it would be nice if u could I dictate ur registered customers when u upload the fresh stock since most of them are over before we even know it..
