“I was very impressed by the customer care at iTokri, there was a query regarding delivery of my purchases and the team was prompt and helpful in their correspondence regarding the same. “The material delivered was true to its claim. There is a need to improve on delivery though - do not expect the customer to answer calls at any point of the day. Delivery staff should learn to use google maps to identify location. The back up staff were however good - in terms of sending e-mail when customer couldn't be reached on the mobile.”
