“I love the collections that u guys have. I have ordered almost 3 times and all the time the delivery was on time. Since I have received all my orders as expected, m delighted with itokri. Keep up the good work! Howevwr it would be nice if u could I dictate ur registered customers when u upload the fresh stock since most of them are over before we even know it.. Anyways I love to shop at itokri”

I have been ordering from now2 over the past two years ( incidentally, I just checked, it's been exactly two years. My first order was on 11thmay 2013 and I'm writing this on 12th May 2015). Your collection of handcrafted products at affordable and sensible rates have made me a fan of iTokri and a diligent PR for your brand. I take every opportunity to point out your website to friends and colleagues who appreciate/compliment my latest iTokri acquisition ;) A salute to your prompt backendteam as well, the cute hand written 'thank you for shopping with us' notes and the 'little something for you' gift always brighten my day. To be honest, now I look forward to first fishing out what you have added as a gift rather than checking my ordered product. Having said the above, I do feel your collection of stitched apparel ( kurtas, t-shirts, skirts, trousers - for women) can do with more variety. Lately I have missed your excell”

“Itokri collection is good but still has scope for the improvement. The staff is cooperative.the prices are decent but still, can be reviewd in order to reach the larger masses.The benefit will be yours only once the clientele or the customers increase because once you win the faith n hearts of the customers,the profits will shoot up and remain consistent. “As far as buying products from iTokri is concerned each experience has been immensely satisfying. Till date I have not had any reason to return a product. Delivery is also quite fast. I have always been a fan of your small return gifts that you send along with the products. I would be lying if I say I do not look forward to them. Recently however two such gifts displayed religious overtones (though I am sure without any realization going into it) which should not be the case in such dealings. A keychain which I received has the symbol of OM and a pencil which my friend received had Lord Ganesha constructed on it. They are on the surface quite harmless and can be well received. But it is best for any public space to remain secular at all times. Hope my point will be taken in a credible spirit.”

“I love ur collections but i hv one request please try to show d exact colors. I had ordered my first peice thinking its black color but it turned oyt to b coffee color though im not disappointed wid d peice i still wud prefer you write color names wid d puctures.”
