“itokri is like rainbow 🌈 that brightens up a dark cloud! Awesome bouquet of ethnic indian handloom and handicraft produce. Its pleasure to interact with the pleasing team. Their handwritten notes and lovely token gifts which accompany the order make one feel special.”

“I love Itokri products . I am never disappointed with the products that I receive. I keep coming back for more. They are wonderful , look just as described, the variety is phenomenal and the quality is very good. I also really appreciate the thoughtful little notes and gifts that come with each order. Communication with customer service is usually very pleasant. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that it takes so long for customer service to respond to international customers. I think 24 hrs is a reasonable time frame for questions asked about orders. Please work on this because your business has everything going for it in other areas.”

“I had ordered masks - adult and kids. The snug fit masks are beautifully stitched, made of really nice material, breathable and fit well on the face. My only issue is that the sizing of all the masks is not the same. 2 masks of the same fit should fit in the same way and it will be nice if that is taken care of. But overall I am satisfied. Thank you for the prompt delivery as well.”

“I LOVED the iTokri masks which also make awesome utilitarian gifts. I really appreciate the more sustainable paper packaging (vs plastic). “Very innovative and polite way of delivering products with surprise gift of kites. Products are good, the size of mask is little small. I want to order cotton face mask for men but I have doubts about size.”
