“The ordering experience is excellent as usual. Your cotton offerings are very good. I wasn't completely happy with the two silk fabrics that I bought. They were snagged in a few places. I would not have shipped those pieces to my customers. The online shopping experience is great nevertheless and I will continue to shop for cotton fabric as a first preference here.”

“the back office was extremely efficient and courteous - there was a problem in completing my order (for which I had received an email) though my card had been debited and as soon as I connected with the back office the problem was sorted out in less than five minutes. What an agreeable experience. Please pat yourself on the back to have developed such a mentality in the service personnel.”
