“thanks ITokri.com team...the website is easy to navigate, the collection is great, also, the items i received matched their photo description that was on the website...the items were delivered timely...i loved the hand written letters that came with each package, this was my first time at iTokri.com but definitely not the last:-)”

“Shipping and packing very accurate as usual. Too bad I ordered the same teak wood block twice! Mobile pouch and sling bag very beautiful as well as the hand carved wood necklace. In addition I got two pretty fabric coasters as a thank you note. Hope to be back soon with more orders.”

“In this internet age, it's not everyday that an online shopping portal amazes you with their personal connect and attention to ecology. I recently ordered a stuffed animal from iTokri - my first order and was really touched to receive a hand written thank you note inside my order from Jia. I mean I don't remember I received a hand written note from a dear one let alone from an online retailer. To top it all the package was wrapped in newspaper and in recycled cardboard material. iTokri team - you have really won my loyalty with these beautiful gestures. Cheers and keep up the good work!”

“I have shopped at iTokri for a long time now and I must say, it is one of my favourite places to shop. Love the newspaper wrapped packaging with the wax seal, the extremely friendly and effective customer service, the lightening fast delivery, the selection of products available, the prices, not to mention the teeny little gifties along with the handwritten note received with every order. It makes the experience of shopping online truly feel friendly and cozy, like you are shopping at your favourite little store, where you know the staff and the whole staff knows you!
