“Excellent customer care . Wonderful team who are available on mail/ phone / Watsapp to resolve your issues then and there . Kudos to the back bone or itokri ( their customer service executives ) . Love all the listing on itokri . Extremely unique and affordable . Love the rich cultural heritage stuff they bring over each and every day to our door step. It gives immense satisfaction shopping with them and you will be pleasantly surprised when the package arrives. It is fully recycled box package with itokri stamp on it. They also never fail to include a small gift each time with the order. My daughter gets so thrilled with those gifts and she can’t wait to open my itokri packages. Love to this team . Keep up the good work and pricing it at such affordable range encourages us to pick up more stuff from itokri . Happy shopping .”
